This is a fun Chinese dumpling cookbook and I have enjoyed making several of the recipes so far. I like the author’s creativity in flavors and combinations. Author Helen You gives a short, but helpful introduction on dumpling making dough adn basic technique.
The cookbook consists of forty-three dumpling recipes in five sections: Classic Chinese, Vegetable Dumplings,
Far Away Flavors the authors recipes from her restaurant, dessert dumplings and sauces to use with the dumplings. The ingredients are accessible to all cooks and they are easy to assemble. I really enjoyed the authors recipes.
