The I Quit Sugar Cookbook Review: 306 Recipes for a Clean, Healthy Life by Sarah Wilson. This is a great new cookbook that I really enjoyed reading and using the recipes. Sarah Wilson does a great job of combining cooking, sustainability, recipes and education of food and the environment all into one cookbook.
The cookbook is a great resource of shopping, cooking, storing and even using up all those leftovers to prevent food waste!
I have really been enjoying all the recipes and find them easy and accessible. The author does occasionally include sugar in the recipes such as in some dessert recipes, but uses brown rice syrup that is easier for the body to digest.
The entire cookbook is well put together with beautiful photographs, recipes and information. There are abundance bowls, midweek easy family dinner recipes, sugar free cakes and fun ideas for leftovers. If you are looking for a clean eating healthy cookbook that is full of great recipes, then I recommend the I Quit Sugar Cookbook: 306 Recipes for a Clean, Healthy Lifestyle. I was given this book from Blogging For Books in exchange for my opinion and review, but this is a great cookbook and I highly recommend it if you like clean eating recipes.
