Ever sprain your ankle? OUCH! Sadly, a few weeks ago, I had the problem of spraining my ankle early in the morning by falling in the backyard with some Ladder Ball toys that were left accidentally on the ground by my youngest.

These things happen, but when they do I like to act as fast as possible in starting the healing process. I immediately elevated and iced my ankle, then started applying my essential oils. It is important to remember that during the first several hours of an injury to RICE – Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate and then add other things to that. For me using my blend of essential oils for sprains was amazing and helpful in aiding the healing process.
